The protection of your privacy is at the core of our medical ethics. This website dr-neyret.ch, operated by Dr Adner Neyret, FMH general practitioner based in Chavannes-près-Renens, is committed to processing your data with the strictest confidentiality, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.

3. Scope of this policy

This policy concerns only the use of the dr-neyret.ch website. Medical data collected during a consultation at the practice (medical records) is governed by medical confidentiality and the legal obligations specific to the medical profession in Switzerland. It does not transit through this site.

4. What data do we collect via this site?

4.1 No data entered by the patient

This is a showcase site. It contains no contact form or sign-up system. Appointment booking is delegated to the external platform OneDoc, which has its own privacy policy that we invite you to consult on their site.

4.2 Navigation data (analytics)

We use Google Analytics 4 in anonymized mode:

• IP anonymization enabled (your IP address is truncated before processing by Google)
• Google Signals disabled (no cross-referencing with other Google data)
• Data collected: page views, session duration, type of device used
• Events measured: click on "Book an appointment" (to OneDoc) and click on the practice's phone number

This data is used only to understand how visitors find the practice and to measure the effectiveness of our communications (notably Google Ads).

6. No sharing for advertising purposes

Your navigation data is never sold to third parties. It is processed by Google Analytics 4 in accordance with Google's commitments on data protection.

7. Retention period

Google Analytics navigation data is retained for 14 months by default, in accordance with the platform's default configuration.

8. Your rights

In accordance with nFADP and GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access to analytical data associated with your visit
• Right to erasure: you can request the deletion of data
• Right to object to analytical tracking

9. Cookies and tracking technologies

Our site uses the following cookies:

• Google Analytics 4 cookies: anonymized audience analytics

No third-party advertising cookies are currently deposited. The site does not use Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or any other advertising tracking tool.

10. Security

All communications between your browser and the site are encrypted using HTTPS. Emails exchanged with the practice use the HIN (Health Info Net) secure messaging system, the Swiss standard for medical communications.

11. Modifications

This policy may evolve. The online version always prevails. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the last update.
